What shipping methods are available?

B2 and A3 posters are being shipped in cardboard tubes. The tubes are handed over to PostNL and they take care for the shipping process. A4 posters and A6 postcards are being shipped in cardboard envelopes. These envelopes will also be handed over to PostNL for shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Needless to say we would love to spread our art all over the world. Where post goes, Graphic Dear goes. Shipping costs vary between countries.

How long will it take to receive my package?

We strive to get your package delivered within 2-4 working days in the Netherlands. In other countries, we are very dependent of the local post delivery services. Naturally, we aim to deliver your package within 10 working days.

How are shipping costs being calculated?

Shipping costs are based on the largest product in your shopping cart. These costs are as mentioned in the question above. Just to give an example:

When you’d like to buy 2 A6 postcards, shipping costs for 1 A6 postcard are being calculated.

When you’d like to buy 2 A6 postcards and 1 A3 poster, shipping costs for 1 A3 poster are being calculated, as this is your largest product.


What payment methods are accepted?

As a matter of fact, very many! We work with the renowned payment service Mollie, which accepts creditcards, Bancofort, IDeal, PayPal and many other ways of payment.

Is buying online safe?

We love our privacy and we understand you do too. Please look into our Privacy Policy. We take the greatest precautions to make sure your personal data is being secured. Payment works via Mollie, which is a very secure payment service.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

Please feel free to browse through our online store. Our products are presented to you in the pages ‘Animals’ and ‘Various’. When one of our products stole your heart, you just easily add it to your basket. By using the checkout feature, you can place an order and get your own Graphic Dear poster!

How can I cancel or change my order?

When you’ve placed an order, our posters are immediately being printed and therefore, cancelling an order is mostly too late. Make sure to send an email to info@graphicdear.com. We’ll try to find a solution for the both of us!

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order. We strongly advise you to create an account, because it will be easier for you to follow your order in this way.

How do I track my order?

When you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an confirmation email. Later, when your order is being handed over to PostNL, you’ll receive an email with a track and trace code. Just paste this code in the PostNL order tracker and you’re able to track the progress of your order.

How can I return a product?

When a poster is damaged when it arrives at your place, we would like you to take some pictures for us. In this way, we can verify your complaint and find a suitable solution, like sending you a new copy of the poster you’ve ordered.


Will the poster be of good quality?

The posters will be printed in CMYK/colours. Because of the fact that a computer/smartphone screen displays RGB colour there might be a little difference between the colour on your screen and the real posters on paper.


Mockups and proportions.

Pictures in the product gallery have the same dimensions as the printed posters. Dimensions of the mockups may vary from the printed posters.
